My yoga classes are light hearted and fun. They are also dynamic, combining postures and transitions aimed at building strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. You will get a chance to identify your challenging areas, as well as learn to stay relaxed whatever the challenge. We work with our bodies, rather than against them, honouring our limitations and establishing a "working relationship" with our bodies, rather than pushing it past its limits. My classes are always concluded by a full guided relaxation.
