My first Yoga Teacher training will run January - December 2026. It will consist of in person sessions 1 weekend a month (all apart from August) plus 1 hour weekly online sessions..
This will be a deep dive into all things yoga for those that want to teach and those just wanting to learn more.
This will be a comprehensive course giving you an understanding of all aspects and styles of yoga: philosophy, history, anatomy (online & live sessions with a yoga / anatomy teacher and osteopath).

Terms & Conditions:
- The student will have practiced yoga for a minimum of 2 years before the commencement of the course.
- A deposit of £500 is required to secure your space.
- The full payment will be made within the first month from the date of the course commencement.
- Refund policy: all payments are final and non-refundable, as the running of the course is based on the amount of students taking the initial enrolment. Force Majeure circumstances will be acknowledged and a solution negotiated through the complaints procedure:
- Complaints Procedure:
- Stage one: an informal chat on the day between the student and the course provider
- Stage two: if the complait isn’t resolved, a written complaint can be filed. It will take no more than 2 weeks to acknowledge the written complaint. The response will include a potential solution to the complaint. The course provider will do their utmost to keep the complaint anonymous.
- If it is not possible to provide a full answer within the two weeks, the course provider will provide a letter outlining the reasons why and give a date by which the answer is to be expected.
- Full 200 hours are required to achieve the Yoga Teacher qualitfication.
- All manuals & course work will be provided (this excludes any of the recommended reading materials).
- The course provider will not be responsible for the costs of travel, accomodation or food.
- The student will be responsible for arranging student insurance with the Yoga Aliance UK (£25pp)
- Final course work will have to be submitted to acquire full qualification.
- Dates might be changed due to unforseen circumstances, mutually acceptable alternatives will be arranged.
- For days missed with valid reason and timely prearranged, a catch up day will be offered.
- As a student on this course, your details (name, email and phone number) will be shared with the Certifying authority: Yoga Alliance Professionals. Please sign the statement below:
'As a student of ____ teacher training course, I consent to ____ passing my contact details (name, email and phone number) to your partners, Yoga Alliance Professionals. I am allowing them to contact me directly and invite me to register as a Trainee and Teacher and Graduate. I understand that I have the option of opting out of this registration process. ____ is satisfied that Yoga Alliance Professionals have the appropriate, adequate, technical and organisational measures to protect your data's security. They will never share your data with anybody else'. - AI is not to be used for completing any of the homework and exam tasks.
